The HILCO® Oil Mist Eliminator is the answer to economically reclaiming the oily vapor found in the air stream of vents of lubricating oil systems on large, high-speed rotating equipment. These include gas turbines, steam turbines, turbo compressors, reciprocating engines and gearboxes. The Oil Mist Eliminator improves safety by eliminating oily residue caused by setting oil mist on engine room floors, equipment and stairways. It also keeps the environment clean and helps prevent exterior oil contamination of buildings and grounds. Two versions are available. Coalescer only and coalesce with blower and silencer. Both models with coalescers eliminate oil mist with 99.97% efficiency.

Blower-Assisted Oil Mist Eliminator is designed for oil systems that cannot withstand back pressure or where back pressure may not be desirable. It can be installed with an air flow-restriction device to pull vacuum. It is also designed to maintain atmospheric condition in the oil system.
