Advanced Motion Controls announces availability of custom designs to drive brushless and brush type linear and rotary motors and actuators. Advanced Motion Controls has extended experience in designing affordable custom products optimized for OEM needs. Capabilities include pre-specified: connectors, number of axes, power range, feature set, functionality, diagnostics, packaging, I/O, size, etc. Available supply voltages range from 20-400 VDC and output current capability is up to 120 A peak. Various commands and interfaces are available. All examples shown are custom functionality & connectivity: 2 axis brushless; single axis, high power density, 70A, battery supplied; 2 axes, direct PCB connection to motion controller; 2 axis, VME bus package; small brushless, stripped down functionality to reduce cost and size; high bandwidth brush type, custom back plane, on board filter; 3 axis brush, PCB rack mount; 6 axis brush. Customizing allows them to service many industries including semiconductor, medical, defense, textiles, factory automation, electronics packaging, machine tool, pharmaceuticals, packaging, converting, entertainment, assembly, robotics, fitness, material handling, printing and data storage.
