Go/NoGo Current Sensor

Go/NoGo Current Sensor

Market: Food Equipment, HVAC, Lighting, Irrigation

Function: When a current of 0.5 amp or greater is sensed through the toroid, the solid state output closes, engergizing the load. When the current falls below 0.5 amp the load is de-engergized. This function provides a simple method of determining if a motor, compressor, pump, heater, light, etc. is operational.

Purpose: Determines through sensed AC current if a function is taking place or has ceased.

Features:

  • Simple Go / No Go current detection
  • Wide operational input voltage from 18VAC to 260VAC in one unit
  • Simple two terminal "in-line" connection
  • Solid State 1 amp output
  • Low cost
  • Isolation between sensed current and input voltage
  • Feedthrough/non-contact toroidal sensor
  • Encapsulated for protection in harsh and humid environments
  • Requires no break in the wire being sensed
