These 16-bit microcontrollers feature a wide range of memory options; two ports each of UART, SPI™, and I2C™; up to two CAN ports; a real-time clock calendar; JTAG boundary scan and Flash programming; as well as an 8-channel DMA with 2 KB dual port RAM. Communications, real-time control, waveform generation, analog interface, and system monitoring are all integrated in the PIC24 Family.
