At First Cut, parts are machined from REAL blocks of plastic and aluminum. Real materials are more accurate and more predictable - great for design verification and true functional testing. Avoid the 'stair stepping' inherent in other rapid prototyping processes. Choose from over 30 different materials, including ABS, Nylon, PC, Delrin, PEEK, ULTEM, and aluminum.
