Jesco Metering Pumps

The MEMDOS series is an economical line of motor driven, mechanical diaphragm metering pumps. This versatile line offers two versions to meet a variety of applications.

The base model, MEMDOS E, is a manually operated version.

For applications requiring control by an external control signal, the intelligent MEMDOS DX offers state-of-the-art microprocessor control. By integrating the speed control, the MEMDOS DX eliminates the need for the further expense of additional variable speed controllers.

MEMDOS DX

The MEMDOS series is an economical line of motor driven, mechanical diaphragm metering pumps. MEMDOS E

The MEMDOS series is an economical line of motor driven, mechanical diaphragm metering pumps with the base model being the MEMDOS E, which is a manually operated version.

MEMDOS MD

Unbeatable in price and performance

The MEMDOS MD combines good dosing qualities with a robust design - at an affordable price.

The MEMDOS MD is a simple dosing pump with a dosing head mounted on the left-hand side. The dosing head and valves are available in different materials. The electrical connection for the three-phase motor goes direct to the terminal box. It is also possible to operate it on alternating voltage.

Performance

It is based on an operating mechanical dosing principle that has been successful for many years, with minimal maintenance costs. An almost silent and leak free diaphragm dosing pump, all four models reach a dosing range of up to 37.5 gph. In addition, its performance has a variable speed from 0 to 100%.

MEMDOS MN

The MEMDOS MN series is the result of a consistent, ongoing development of proven technology and the use of modern plastics.

Performance

Valves - Priming and discharge valves are designed as double-ball valves. For metering chemicals with a viscosity higher than approximately. 400 mPas spring-loaded single-ball valves are recommended.

Separation chamber - The diaphragm flange between metering head and gearbox is designed as separation chamber. In the case of diaphragm rupture resulting from wear the leakage is directed downwards by means of a drainage pipe.

Drive - With metering rates of 3 l/h up to 39 l/h the MEMDOS MN leakproof diaphragm metering pump has a wide range of application.

The MEMDOS MN is available as single metering pump with the metering head mounted on the right-hand side.
