Polyflex® Ultra-High Working Pressure Hoses

Parflex's spiralized steel reinforced polymer hoses pick up where conventional product capabilities stop. The working pressures of the Ultra-High Working Pressure hoses, fittings, valves and quick couplings bearing the polyflex® trademark range from 6,000 to 60,000 psi. The polyflex® Ultra-High Working Pressure hoses are constructed in long, continuous lengths with a kink-resistant, steel-reinforced construction. In addition to high working pressures, these hoses are extremely flexible and many of the hose coverings are abrasion and corrosion resistant.

Sizes range from (.080") 3mm I.D. up to (2.0") 50mm O.D. and products are capable of operating at temperatures up to 150ºF (65ºC), depending upon the material and configuration. A wide range of high working pressure fittings and accessories, such as guards, shields and sleeves, are also available.

Typical applications include, but are not limited to, high pressure waterblast cleaning, paint removal, waterjet cutting, hydraulics, oilfield, and medical applications.
